My Second Giveaway - Yoplait Yogurt
I believe everyone in their life has had a cup of Yoplait yogurt at some point. The packaging is so familiar and the taste is unbeatable. When My Blog Spark offered me an opportunity to pick up a cup of my favorite yogurt for free, I jumped at the chance.
And I even learned something new that I did not know. Each cup has 10-20 percent of your daily value of vitamin D and it's a great source of calcium. It's awesome that I can enjoy my strawberry yogurt and receive so many health benefits as well.

We keep Yoplait Light in our fridge at all times. It is a great snack that you can feel good about. My husband swapped it for his nighttime bowl of cereal and lost a good deal of weight.

I start the day with a big glass of skim milk! During the day I snack on cheese sticks and yogurt. Keeps the hungry monsters away!
I probably get most of my calcium and vitamin D from milk. I love milk! From cereal for breakfast in the morning to a glass before bed, I can't get enough milk. I especially craved it when I was pregnant last year. I could easily go through 2 gallons in a week by myself!
