Mindfield - 1 Screener. (Requested my last check, $11, on 10.12.09. Received on 10.22.09. Requesting $9 check today.)
My Survey - 1 survey for 50 pts. 2 Screeners. You need 1,000 points to qualify for a $10 check. (Requested a $10 check (1000 pts) on 10.12.09. Requesting a $30 check on 10.22.09. I love their affiliate program!!)
Recap - 10/16 survey for 50 pts. 10/12 survey for 20 pts. 10/8 survey for 75 pts and 1 for 10 pts. 9/30 survey for 750 pts. Now as you can see their surveys are not every day. But their surveys are the easiest to do and I've never been kicked out of one of their survey's halfway through or had it freeze on me. It is my favorite. :)
Opinion Outpost - 2 screeners. 1 survey worth 10 points. I only need 50 points to cash out for a $5 Amazon.com GC. I now have 25 points. (Last requested a $6 Amazon GC on 10.11.09)
Survey Head - 5 screeners. 1 survey worth $1. You need $25 to cash out. You get a $5 bonus for joining. I finally have $25 to cash out! Requesting a $25 check today!
Reward Port - Clicked on links in emails worth a total of 159 points. (I did not do any point earning offers.) I have 2229 points. I need 7500 to get a $25 gift card to Walmart.
Swagbucks - Won $1 (in Swagbucks) this morning. I need 45 to get a $5 gift card to Amazon.com.

Focus Forward - Nothing today.
My Points - Clicked on links in emails for a total of 150 pts. I have 4332 points. I need 6750 for a $50 Rainforest Cafe Gift Card (for our trip to Disney!)
Say Nation - Skipped today. I now have 8025 points. I need 22000 to get a $20 Amazon.com gift card.
Suvey Savvy - 1 screener. Current account balance $4.50.
Send Earnings - Clicked on links in emails worth a total of 74c. Current balance $11.36. Need $30 to cash out.

A screener is the survey they have you fill out to qualify for the larger survey that actually pays. :)
