Ugh i gave up after i spent 20 minutes adding my photos to the uploaded and they randomly disappeared! my advice? use the simple uploader!
This was a terrible ordeal for me, too! After choosing the pictures I wanted to add, they took frever to download and then it said I had timed out :((

I uploaded all my pics, started a book and then got an error message. I contacted their customer service about this so I'm hoping I will still be able to get my free book. Too many people trying to make a book at once maybe?

I got the error message after it took forever for my pics to upload. I spoke with customer services and yes, they have had a system overload and I was informed they hope to have it corrected in a couple of hours. I so want this book! Too bad I was having fun at the bounce house with my little one this morning and didn't get to make one then...I will try after dinner;)

Ive been trying for the last hour to do a book, started one...was half way done with it and then it got error messages, had to reboot and its still not working! Frustrated cust here ! I have tried multi times...guess i will try tomorrow and hope its still going on! If its meant to get i guess i will get it!

Got it! I created the book last night but kept getting an error message when I went to check out. I emailed them but haven't heard back. Just tonight I had time to try again and it went through! Free book including shipping and I needed to do one for a Christmas gift anyway. YAY!
