Minniemizing for the Mouse 11.16.09

I was so motivated by so many of my readers who have kept after me, that I go on the Wii Fit Plus today! I did 30 minutes and I feel great!

I really love the cycling but the Yoga about did me in. That triangle pose is hard! My hip still hurts from it.

I speed cleaned the house today..it felt like I worked out more doing that than the treadmill...I also bowl on a bowling league on Monday nights,and that is a major work out since we bowl pretty quickly.

I am so sad. I think I might have a stress fracture in my foot, so I just rode the recumbant and then a regular exercise bike for about 45 minutes.

I really need to get motivated! I only walked at lunch today, but at least I did get up from the computer!

yay for getting back on the wii today! i really want that new game but im stuck with the old one for now:) maybe santa will get it for me this year! i added 39 coins to my piggy bank so far and intend to add more tonight since im a single mommy all week and dont have to fight hubby for the tv!!

I ran 5.5 miles today including going up and down hills. It was only 36 degrees out and I was still sweating.

Way to go with gettin in some Wii time. I have the wii fit, but I can't get alone time with the tv and haven't used it in months.

I took three days off because I hurt my hip, but I am back in action. Went to kickboxing for 60 minutes tonight.

I ran 1.5 miles at the gym during my lunch break. Even though I was inside, I was sweating my toosh off. LOL

Way to go! I did the Wii Fit Plus today, too. Some yoga and balance games to start, then ended with rhythm kung-fu, rhythm marching (four stars on advanced!), and step aerobics.

Tomorrow I'll probably concentrate more on aerobics...probably rhythm boxing and cycling.

The kids REALLY wanted to get outside today because it was so beautiful here...so we went on a nice hike down a nearby stream. Fun and it worked us all out! Way to go Kristin!!

I got in 15 minutes of walking at work and 31 minutes on the Wii Fit after a very active weekend.

Be very careful on the Wii Yoga, because there is not an instructor there to help you do the pose right you could be doing it incorrect, and that could cause damage.

I did the elliptical for 20 minutes on Monday. I also have the WiiFit, and I thought I'd use it more to get in shape, but I never seem to get motivated. Like you, I'm wanting to Minnie-mize for the holidays (and to stay healthy for my 2-year old daughter). She's a great motivator (but also the reason for my hips - got to love being a mommy). Your posts are motivating me to get with it. I'm going to get on my WiiFit tonight.

Yay! Glad we motivated you to keep going....cause you are doing the same for us. :) I got up early and we ran as a family. The hubs pushed the stroller while I ran beside. We did a mile! I've got a loooooong way to go, but I'm working toward that half marathon!

I walked and jogged on the treadmill for 45 minutes, plus some pushups and squats.
