Minniemizing for the Mouse 11.17.09

I did another 30 minutes today. I tried out the Kung Fu on the Wii Fit Plus and that was fun. The segway just about did my legs in. But I feel great having accomplished today's exercises!

Good job! Glad to see you're back at it! I've been going along, but haven't commented yet. Took the kiddos for a one hour walk today. I keep tryin to talk dh into a Wii.. maybe this could be the way to push it a bit!

Great job! I did 37 minutes on the Wii Fit. I hadn't done it in a long time and it felt great to get back into it. Not to mention, my daughter loves when I do the Wii.

Good going! I haven't done the Wii Fit yet today, but I did do some house cleaning. That may be all I get in today!

Great keep up the good work! I did manage to get 15 minutes of walking in and another 30 minutes on the Wii Fit of Yoga and ST. Since I didn't walk more at work I made myself get back on the Wii although it was not planned.

Well, I said I was going to do the Wii Fit last night, but alas, a busy toddler kept me from getting on. Okay, I could have done it when I stopped, around 10pm, but that just felt too late to get my heart pumping. I did get up this morning and do a lot of ab exercises and a few arm exercises with my husband's weights. I really do plan on doing cardio tonight. Keep your fingers crossed.

I got in my strength training doing the Jari Love Ripped and Chiseled DVD at home last night and I just got back from my kickboxing class.
