Minniemizing for the Mouse 12.10.09

I worked with preschool children for 6 hours. We hula hopped, played hop scotch and jumproped.

I LOVE that you add weight loss or management to your blog. It's encouraging to know that another mom can find the time to workout. I did 30 minutes of the Wii game EA Active Personal Trainer. ;o)

I did 3 miles on the treadmill and then did some free weights.

I hauled 50 bales of hay for our beef cows (they are 40-50lbs. each). They were happy though!

I'll do two in one bc I forgot to comment yesterday. Yesterday (Dec 10) I helped my husband reorganize the garage. Today, I went to the gym and ran 2 miles on the treadmill then worked out with weights

Today I went to physical therapy (because of my back injury) and stayed to go in the pool and do some laps. I plan on taking the little man for a walk around the mall as it is 20 degrees out today:)

I was on the elliptical for 15 minutes, and I did a 10 minute ab workout from the Exercise channel. That felt good, but I'm so tired today, I hope I have the energy to do more tonight.

You got me moving. I was up at 5am running with my dog. I put on my big Mickey Mouse Jacket and Disney toons and ran 5 miles. Cole, wet and rainy but it feels good to be moving.

yesterday i worked out to turbo jam and today i did turbo jam again and walk away the pounds. abs are very sore today!
