Minniemizing for the Mouse 12.14.09

I'm with you - umm.... :) Tomorrow we start-probably taking my daughter for a walk if it's not too cold. If so we will go walk around the mall...oh darn ;)

I went to the Y and did 75 minutes of cardio! Then I ate some potato chips on the way home...so yeah.

I finally got to use the car today so my son and I went on a big shopping trip to Walmart and Toys R Us. I did a ton of walking around and looking.

I seem to have gotten a stomach bug, therefore, I've been in bed since Sunday. So does sleeping it off count? :)

I have two sick little ones the past two days. Does staying up half the night with fevers and coughing count? My alarm went off for the gym this am and um, it somehow was mysteriously turned off:)
Actually I did have to wait an hour and a half yesterday for a meeting and chased my one and two year old up and down a hallway. Does that count?

I did an hour of spinning at Y before work and then in the evening I went to my kickboxing class for an hour.

I baked 60 doz. cookies on Saturday and couldn't leave the peanut butter buckeyes alone so I had to do lots of damage control, LOL.

Ok, you did it you inspired me!! I had a baby 5 months ago, and started a blog 4 months ago that = alot of sitting nursing and computer time!! But today for the 1st time after reading your post this morning I did a dancing with the stars workout!! i feel great!! I do tend to give up easy, so help me stay motivated!!!!!! Giselle

No official exercise today, but it's always a workout to teach sixth grade!
Not enough water to drink -- which is pretty usual for me. It's hard to drink enough water when it's so inconvenient to be leaving the classroom every 45 minutes for relief!
Am thankful for the 9 pounds I've lost so far.

Tonight I helped with 2 dance classes and danced in one class myself...it kicked by butt! We have a dance show on Sunday and I feel shin splints...UGH!

I haven't seen "Minniemizing" post in awhile. Yoo Hoo!!!

I ran 3 miles with a friend on the 15th, did a spin class on the 16th, kickboxing on the 17th, spin on the 18th, 9 mile run on the 19th and spin again this AM.

Now if I could just leave those darn cookies alone, UGGGGH!

I was wondering about it myself. I went to the Y twice today, this morning to jog for myself and tonight to motivate DH. And it's a good thing, because I cannot leave the cookies or the Chex muddie buddies alone..so I really need it.
