What I did today:
Today I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out Dance Dance Revolution. I ended up having to watch a video on You Tube but I am excited to try it again.

I went to the gym this morning at 5 and ran 1 1/2 miles, some weight training, and then completed 20 minutes on the ARC trainer. I'm feeling it now!
yes i love this! i love the gym but ive been so out of it and need motivation. so i started back yesterday and did 45 mins of spin and today i did 45 mins of step class and 30 mins of zumba. i feel great! thanks for making this your new post
mm...excercise on purpose during the Christmas season...who has time:-) But, today I went back and forth to my shed about 10 times taking empty Christmas decoration boxes back and bringing in Christmas clothes? That's at least 15 solid minutes of movement...does that count? I'll try to do better tomorrow!
I did level 1 & 2 of Biggest Loser Boot Camp.
I did 40 minutes on the WII Fit and a 1 mile walk away the pounds DVD.
I only got 20 minutes on the treadmill but it was better than nothing, I suppose.
I was so excited to take my Target 'couponing' list to the store with my stack of coupons hoping to leave with bags of goodies for next to nothing. Well, I don't know the store (it's new and I've been there) and I only had about 40 mintues so I ended up running around the store like a lunatic trying to find everything I had a coupon for. Ended up saving $21 off my $35 purchases but even better, I got a 40 minutes power walk!!
I ran/walked my first 10k on Saturday! I definately need to do more training, but I didn't do bad for my first race. I did the 10k (6.2 miles) in 1 hour and 19 minutes! I rested Sunday and then Monday I worked out on the Wii Fit Plus for 45 minutes in my bank. Today, my workout was going to Universal and Islands of Adventure. The hubs and I had a fun day out of riding rollercoasters! :)
I spent 5 hours chasing 10 VERY active 4 year olds at preschool. I loved every minute of it. Duck, Duck, Goose. Simon Says. Freeze Tag. You named it...we played it today. I was raining outside, so we had to work off a TON of energy!
I went to the gym and did 35 mins on the treadmill. Burned over 250 calories!
went and swam laps for a half hour to train for my upcoming triathlon. i am not a swimmer.
Walked for 30 minutes with one of my Leslie Sansone DVD's :0)
I started my fitness program on the Wii with my Biggest Loser game ... I'm excited for my 4 week journey!
I did 1 hour on the wii fit..:)
I hit the gym-- 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the bike and some ab work. felt great!
Great idea; I need the motivation! I ran 1/2 mile in the snow, played wii fit for 20 minutes.
Tonight I hoped on my stationary bike for 15 minutes. Hopefully more tomorrow...
Nothing today....Rain has me feeling "BLAH". -Kimberly
