Does the Kraft and DVD have to purchased together? I ordered the DVD from Walmart.com around Thanksgiving....does anyone think that would qualify?
No they don't have to be purchased together. Your DVD purchase counts.

Thanks! However, I just checked my invoice from the web order and I purchased the movie on 11/17/09! AHHH one day to early...I could kick myself.
I can't seem to get the rebate form to download. Anyone else having trouble?
