My favorite is Applebees: Buy $50 in gift cards, get a $10 bonus card. YUM!

If you are dining out anywhere, sit down restaurant or fast food, ask them if they have any gift card offers before you pay! You could buy the gift card, pocket the reward and then pay for your meal with the gift card!

Just yesterday, I went to Ruby Tuesday's and bought a $30 gift card. On the way out the door, I noticed they were offering a $5 gift card with purchase. I turned around and made sure I got my gift card. It was a nice bonus.
