Wouldn't the cost be $2 with $3 RR back?
The printable coupon is for any product by Theraflu, but the Diabetes and You coupon is for the sugar free. However, there is also a $2 coupon in the Healthy Savings All Year Long booklet.
You will pay $2 and get $3 in RR--making it $1 profit.
