No 5 A Day mail today. I haven't written any companies in about 3 weeks.
Forgot to post yesterday (lost track of time)LOL. Made it to the gym both days (Tues and Wed) and did about 3 miles of power walking. Even hit the weights today--boy will I be sore tomorrow.
